Cookies and website storage
This overview is based on the current website configuration and code, not a complete independent network scan. It lists names, purposes and storage periods, never cookie contents or personal details.
Consent and language
Complianz · cookies
cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_marketing and cmplz_consented_services remember category and service choices. The name “marketing” does not itself indicate advertising tracking.
cmplz_banner-status remembers the banner state; cmplz_policy_id identifies the policy version associated with your choice.
Duration: 365 days from saving or renewing a choice.
Polylang · pll_language
Remembers the selected website language. The default storage period is 1 year.
Cart and Care
guardexy-test-cart-v1 · localStorage
Remembers cart items and quantities. It is not a cookie and does not contain payment details.
Duration: no automatic expiry; until items are removed or website data is cleared in your browser. An empty entry may remain after emptying the cart.
gx_care_token · sessionStorage
Connects the Care enquiry steps using a random reference to the draft.
Duration: the browser-tab session; removed when an expired enquiry is detected. Restoring a tab may restore its session. This is not the retention period for enquiry details on the server.
Sign-in and administration
These items relate to WordPress sign-in and administration, not ordinary anonymous visits.
wordpress_test_cookie
Checks cookie support on the sign-in page. Duration: browser session.
wordpress_logged_in_* and wordpress_sec_* / wordpress_*
Authenticate signed-in users. Normally a browser session; the default validity with “Remember Me” is 14 days. Signing out invalidates the session.
wp-settings-* and wp-settings-time-*
Administration preferences. Default duration: 1 year.
wp_lang
Sign-in page language. Duration: browser session.
